Healing Rhythms is a computer-based training program that uses biofeedback to assist with a meditative and relaxation self training practice. Using simple Biofeedback hardware and finger sensors to measure skin conductance level and heart rate variablility, Healing Rhythms provides real time feedback of the user’s progress via a range of progressive training programs.

Each exercise offers breath taking realistic visual displays and virtual spaces rendered in high quality on the computer’s video screen. One of the goals of this biofeedback technology within Healing Rhythms is to serve as a kind of mirror in which to view your inner workings so you might fine-tune an awareness of your mind and body and reconnect with your authentic self for positive life-changing results. The program can also be used as an interesting way to educate or entertain home or office guests.
