below. Voice mail messages may be left at any time. For live support,
please call during our office hours (our online ordering system
functions 24 hours a day).

Customer Service
Please leave a brief message including a name, and number where
you can be reached. We will respond quickly, usually within an hour
of your message!
General Information for Online Ordering:
"Session Cookies" must be enabled for the shopping cart
to function in your browser. We accept all major credit cards,
including PayPal. Select "Mail-In" or "Call-In"
as form of payment if you choose to pay by check or money order.
For first-time visitors and returning customers to
our new system,you now have the option to create an account securely.
The added benefit of this is when you return to shop some more,
your encypted information is easlily retreived. Navigating our online
catalog may be initiated before you login or after, it does not
matter. We also accept offline orders by phone, or fax using our
printable fax order form.

Points to remember when ordering through our shopping cart:
- If you created an account (optional), login to your account
before ordering.
- Every product has it's own page.
- "Session Cookies" must be enabled in your browser
for our online ordering system to function.
- Pay Pal orders will be processed by our weconnect.com account.
- If you encounter difficulty contact
our Customer Service department.
- Orders with Washington State billing address are charged 8%
sales tax.
