Insured Shipments
All USPS and UPS shipped orders over $50 are now sent using Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. Insured shipments entitle you to a refund by insurance if the product is lost in shipment.

Returns of Unopened CDs & Accessories
Please call 1-(360)458-2309.
We charge a 10% restocking fee for all returned unopened CDs & accessories. Also before refund arrangements are made, the customer must return the unopened CDs & accessories at their expense. We require unopened CDs & accessories to be reshipped in their original packaging. Again, Shipping and handling is always paid for by the customer on unopened returns and exchanges.

Exchanges
Only unopened and unused merchandise will be accepted for exchange within 15 business days of your receiving the package. Within this period, simply return the unopened items in their original box to Discovery Tools and Workshops P. O. Box 1207 McKenna, WA 98558, or call us at 1-866-436-4796 with your name and phone number to let us know of your returning goods. As stated above, shipping charges are non refundable. Any new shipping charges incurred will be applied to the new order, and will require payment. We suggest you make your new selection and contact us by phone or email first to finalize any details about the exchange.

***Unless there is a manufacturing defect or clear misrepresentation of our products, we Do Not Accept returns of used CDs and Accessories.***

Missing / Unreceived Orders
All domestic and Global Express orders are shipped with an assigned tracking number, so if an order is not delivered to your address within a reasonable shipping time, please use our secure Contact Form with your order number and date of purchase. An agent will reply with an order tracking number and/or shipment status. For orders whose missing status are not reported within 20 days after the date of purchase, there are reduced chances for a quick insurance refund, however claims for insured goods in shipment may still be valid with the US postal service.

Immediate Cancellations & Refunds For Purchased Products
If you want to cancel an order soon after making a purchase, please e-mail us within 8 hours of the time you made the online or phone order. There is a 10% minimum handling fee to cover costs for un-packaging& re-stocking. Unless your order has already shipped, a check with your refund will be mailed out to you within 7 days after the cancellation date.

Copying Hemi-Sync
Hemi-Sync® CDs purchased may be copied for personal use by the purchaser, as long as the purchaser assumes all responsibilities related to the private use and sharing of this material. Distribution and or reproduction of Hemi-Sync® for reasons other than personal use is a direct violation of copyright.
