Non-Residential Programs are offered in various
locations by accredited TMI Residential Trainers. These
programs consist of a carefully sequenced series of learning
exercises with the Hemi-Sync® process.
Gateway Outreach Trainers and programs provide a safe,
comfortable structure for movement through controlled stages
starting with deep relaxation and then through progressive
"gateways" into different forms of perception.
The exercises gently lead you to achieve focused states
of consciousness. Then, later in the programs, participants
learn how to recreate these states at will and without the
support of the Hemi-Sync® audio-guidance process. Find

TMI Extension Programs (Non-residential)
* Excursion Workshop (formerly known as Gateway Excursion)
* Gateway Explorer's Club Program
* GO (Gateway Outreach) Program
* Gateway Graduate Retreat (formerly known as Gateway
Refresher)
* H-Plus Program
The Excursion Workshop is a results-oriented program designed
to assist in expanding awareness, developing latent dimensions
of creative intelligence, discovering a new sense of certainty
and purpose, and applying one's full potential to all areas
of life.
The Gateway Explorer's Clubs are one-day programs, near
your home, which provide practical and inexpensive ways
to reset and reinforce the higher Focus Levels and to offer
graduates of the Gateway Voyage® the opportunity to
get together. They are offered by the Institute as an Extension
Program and include tapes with 15 and 21 signals which are
normally experienced only at the The Monroe Institute's
Nancy Penn Center in Virginia.
The format is simple--no overnight required.
When: Saturday (leaving Sunday for individual integration).
Where: Local retreat or conference center facilities (quiet,
pleasant, with large room, near restaurant and parking).
Time: 9:00 a.m. until approximately 6 or 7 p.m. (the gathering
can continue afterwards for those who would like to go to
dinner together)
How: We'll all be in one room together while listening to
the tapes (lying on floor). So, for your comfort, you'll
want to know what to bring...
Bring: A sleeping bag, pillows, padding, and headphones.
In addition, if needed, you will want to purchase a volume
control as well as a stereo adapter that will allow you
to plug your headphones into a standard size jack. Radio
Shack has these inexpensive items.

Gateway Explorers
GO (Gateway Outreach) was developed over ten years ago
as a worldwide means of making Institute-designed programs
available locally and globally. Gateway Outreach weekend
workshops are offered internationally by accredited trainers
who have undergone intensive preparation and training at
the Institute in Virginia.
Gateway Graduate Retreat
The Gateway Graduate Retreat is an intensive workshop that
offers graduates of the Gateway Voyage® the opportunity
to reacquaint themselves with the higher focus level Hemi-Sync®
tapes not available for home use. TMI Graduate Retreats
are held at Roberts Mountain Retreat. Nestled on a mountainside
at The Monroe Institute, the warmth and charm of Bob and
Nancy Monroe's former home offers a perfect setting to do
our inner work.
It's a weekend of listening to high focus level tapes.
We spend time in 15, 21, and take a sojourn into 27. This
weekend can be used as a personal retreat.
The H-Plus Program is designed to assist the participant
in gaining as much conscious control as desired over mental,
emotional, and physical selves. How to harness and utilize
fullest human potential is learned through taped exercises
and group activities, with the practical focus of H-Plus
making a difference in daily life. More
